Talking Caller ID is an Android app that works along side you normal ringtone and provides voice caller id on your Android phone via Google’s Text-to-Speech (TTS) library. Is it possible to route the announcements through bluetooth headset..I normally use my bluetooth headset while driving bike and it would be great if i get the announcment through bluetooth headset.

Hi, the bluetooth announcement for the caller id would be great. please look into introducing it. You can oddly also hear what caller is saying before answering. Has anyone else picked this up. Useful though. App is otherwise Great.
Ya, I would really like to support Bluetooth. The problem is, at the time of a call, the Android operating system takes over the Bluetooth causing a lot of problems for apps that are trying to use it at the same time.
I would like to purchase your program, but when using the android market they want you to establish a “Google Wallet”. I don’t want to do that. Is there any other way, like paypal to purchase?
Unfortunately the only method of payment is through Google, sorry…it may be something new, but I wasn’t required to setup a ‘wallet’.
Hi. I downloaded the free version to try it before buying. However, decided that it isn’t my kind of thing so I uninstalled the app from my phone, (Motorola ATRIX 2). I cannot get the talking I’d to go away. I have my ringtone selected that should be heard when calls are received but all I ever hear is the Talking Caller I’d. Again, I completely uninstalled the app, however its as if it took over and will not go away at all and is annoying when I want my personal ringtones to be heard. How do I fix this??????
Hi. I’ve heard of this happening on a few phones… Please reinstall the app and go to the settings tab (in the app). Uncheck the “Enable speaking” checkbox. Then uninstall the app again. Thanks, Kevin
hi i had download the talking caller id but instead of speaking name it speaks “call from private number” plz tell me how could i get names from it

the app, going to the menu, choosing the ‘Get Help’ option, clicking the
‘Send Log’ button, and following the directions. This will help me as I
try to better understand the problem.

Is it possible to enhance the app so it also speaks the id of text messages???
It is possible to add it…I’ve left this feature out to date because it seems like it would be more annoying than anything–to hear an announcement for every text message. I guess it depends how many texts your receive at a time!
The talking caller ID has stopped working. I have followed all the steps. Would memory space have anythign to do with it not working.

Hi, will it work with SVOX Classic TTS too? I stoped at “Play Preview” pushing: nothing happens.Neither can see “Menu” item.

I heared call voice from my friend phone last two month .I want it very looking about so long; to day I satisfied for my wish
After intro, volume goes very low and I have to manually reset it back to my normal setting then it happens again on next call

Your app works on my Samsung Galaxy S 4 handset but it only alerts an incoming call through my Planatronics Voyager HD Bluetooth, it will not alert to who is calling using my contacts or or unknown caller.
want to remove my paid aapp from my cellphone and credit back my credit card.Your talking caller does not always announce my names in my contact list.Please send me your information when I should expect my credit refund.
